For this action to be hindered there is one more enzyme needed.</p>

Major digestion occurs in our small intestine after which, the left-over <em>sludge</em> is delivered to the large intestine. Here, water absorption takes place and the remainder is converted into urea. This is where the basic theory of a carb blocking supplement comes into play. Carb blocking’s idea branches off from the idea of starch blocking. Starch blocking is used for the diabetic patients in controlling their blood sugar level and this is done by inhibiting the sugar.</p>
<p>Carb-Blockers will help you only in short run. They do not actually address the actual problem. For example, take liposuction, when you are having issues with your metabolism, or when you have a stagnant life style and unhealthy eating habits; liposuction isn’t going to help you with the source of these problems. Do you suffer from a ravenous appetite at particular times of the day? Do you sometimes feel like eating just for the heck of it and without actually feeling hungry? Do you have a sedentary lifestyle with no physical exercise? Is your best excuse for not working out &#8216;I feel too tired&#8217;? If you answered yes to some or all of these questions then you are probably a compulsive eater who is eating his/her way towards Obesity!<br />

<p>The fault isn&#8217;t entirely yours. The problem is with the society we live in! Everywhere we look there&#8217;s food! From departmental stores to vending machines to small cafes, everyone seems to be either eating or serving food. For some of us, this becomes too overwhelming as there is a constant temptation in the back of our mind urging us to <em>&#8216;try something new&#8217;</em>. But the bigger concern is that most of this food isn&#8217;t healthy. It&#8217;s processed, Caloric dense, topped with artificial ingredients and additives that our body just can&#8217;t put up with. So, how do we stop this madness? How do we stop eating?!<br />

First, the daily amount of Calories your body needs is like <em>cash in hand. </em>Think of it as cash with which you buy <em>Satiety.</em> The feeling of fullness is usually directly related to the raw volume of food we eat. So in simple terms, if you want to consume fewer calories but actually eat more, you need to go with foods that are low in Calories but high in volume. With the <em>cash in hand</em> you should buy something that costs very little but has the most <em>satiety.</em> Makes sense? Read on! If you&#8217;re feeling hungry and you go for a piece of cake, you&#8217;re <em>spending </em>way too much on something with very low <em>Satiety. </em>But instead, if you go for a whole bowl of fresh vegetable salad topped with fresh fruits, you&#8217;ll bee consuming fewer calories but a high volume of food which will keep you satisfied for longer.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m sorry but we have to discuss exercise to say the least, but not with the perspective of weight loss. Exercise is also a hunger killer. Have you ever felt like eating a buffet after you&#8217;ve run a 5K circuit? I don&#8217;t think so. Your body and mind is too busy fighting the strain and fatigue experienced during the run. It&#8217;ll be safe to say that the run serves as a mind diversion as well as a reconfiguration tool of your body&#8217;s energy reserves. During this reconfiguration, your body doesn&#8217;t really feel like having more energy since it is swamped with meeting the supply demand balance of your body.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s talk about the brain for a while. It is a culprit as well in the world of vulgar eating! How can we send in confusing signals that can tell our brain that we&#8217;ve eaten enough? One idea would be to get a smaller plate for your meals. A smaller, fuller plate seems more filling to our brain than a half-full large plate. Also, when you get up to get a second or third serving, a signal is send to your brain which translates into something like &#8216;<em>You&#8217;ve eaten 3 plates of pasta! Stop eating!&#8217;. </em>Another idea would be to get a smaller spoon/fork so that you take your time to finish what you eat. This way you eat slowly, giving time to your body to actually register what you&#8217;re eating.</p>
<p><em> </em><em>&#8216;Out of sight, out of mind&#8217;. </em>The statement may seem perfect to explain your Ex but it also applies to food. To stops eating unhealthy, processed snacks/food, get rid of it completely. Don&#8217;t keep such things in your kitchen cabinets, fridge, and drawers and if you still feel like snacking, switch to healthier alternatives such as fruits, nuts, air-popped popcorns or dried fruit. Doing so will actually ensure that you <em><strong>stop eating</strong></em> fattening foods altogether!</p>

MSG produces visceral fat that can cause heart attack and stroke. Many foods at Pizza Hut and McDonald&#8217;s have it. <p><strong>Option 1: Move Some Iron!</strong></p>
<p>Bench Press<br />
Dead lifts<br />
Squats<br />
Chin-ups (palms facing you shoulder width apart)<br />
Pull-ups (palms facing away slightly wider than shoulders)</p>
<p>For simplicity I&#8217;m going to give you a simple routine. Workout 3 days a week and do each exercise twice during the week. Your goal should be to constantly be adding more weight to increase your strength and to be pushing each set to the point where you can&#8217;t do another one.</p>
<p>Prior to starting get on the treadmill or bike for 5-10 minutes to get you warmed up.</p>
<p>The reps and sets should look something like this.</p>
<p>3 Sets &#8211; Set 1 (6-8 reps at heavy weight), Set 2 (8-10 reps at slightly lower weight), Set 3 (10-12 reps at even lower weight)</p>
<p>Make sure when you start lifting weights that you do a warm up set. And if you&#8217;re not familiar with these exercises have someone show you proper form so you don&#8217;t hurt yourself.</p>
<p>I guarantee that if you focus on getting stronger with every workout that you will start leaning up so fast that you won&#8217;t believe it. Working out with the focus of getting stronger with every workout will turn you into a fat burning machine.</p>
<p><strong>Option 2: It&#8217;s Beach Body Time!</strong></p>

<p>This is what maybe classified as <strong>emotional eating</strong>, and if you want to stop this addiction, then you should be able to differentiate between hunger signals and &#8216;craving&#8217;.<br />

You need to know if the hunger signals are coming from your emotional state or you are actually hungry. Emotion can drive your cravings and in this case, this feeling will bring a sudden change in your mental state. You will suddenly be looking for something to eat. Here, you need to stop and divert your attention. I know it is easy to say and it is a lot difficult to actually act upon, but it will certainly help you get over this habit. </p>

<p>If you want to stop emotional eating then think to cut back on your behavior. Be stiffer when it comes controlling your emotions and not letting them affect your diet. Analyze your hunger and make sure you do not over eat. Rating your hunger on a scale of 1 – 10 would be a great idea. Eat between the scales of 3 to 5 and try to balance your diet. </p>
<p>If you feel hungry, eat good healthy food and eat something for which your body is <em>not</em> craving. Firstly, if you are not hungry, you will not eat it. Secondly, if you really are hungry and if you do not eat the food of your choice,then you will only eat the sufficient quantity. Try to dodge your emotions and think of other alternatives as well.</p>
<p>There is a strong connection between brain chemistry and eating emotionally.  It is like a fight-or-flight reaction which is faced by a real threat. Just for starters, make a journal and write in everything you ate emotionally. After a week, just look at the buffet you had and understand that it wasn’t necessary at all. Eventually, you yourself will start controlling your diet by remembering the harsh consequences of your emotional food frenzy.</p>
<p>Remember; <em><strong>emotional eating</strong></em> isn’t that a difficult problem to avert if you’re just a little more conscientious.  For example, a simple way out  would be to call up a friend, watch a movie or listen to some of your favorite music rather than eating unnecessarily in sensitive scenarios. Keep yourself busy and try to be around friends and family. Try to toss out unhealthy food out of your diet and have some fruit or soup in a tricky situation.</p>
